JSON Pro End User License Agreement

End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and JSON Pro. By installing or using JSON Pro ("the App"), you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use the App.

1. License

JSON Pro grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the App for personal or commercial purposes on any compatible Android device that you own or control.

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including all intellectual property rights, are owned by JSON Pro. This Agreement does not grant you any rights to trademarks or service marks of JSON Pro.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranty of any kind. JSON Pro disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall JSON Pro be liable for any damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or any other incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the App.

6. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated by you or JSON Pro. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this Agreement.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside.
