JSON Pro Essentials End User License Agreement

END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) for JSON Pro Essentials

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and the developer ("we", "us", "our") regarding the use of JSON Pro Essentials ("the App"). By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the App.

1. LICENSE GRANT

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use the App on any compatible Android device that you own or control. This license is granted for personal or professional use.

2. AD-SUPPORTED VERSION

JSON Pro Essentials is a free, ad-supported application. Advertising is provided through Google AdMob. Your use of the App constitutes your agreement that ads may be displayed within the App. For details on how advertising data is handled, refer to the JSON Pro Essentials Privacy Policy.

3. AGE RESTRICTIONS & CONSENT

By using the App, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction to consent to data processing). If you are under the age of 18, you represent that you have received explicit parental or guardian consent to use an ad-supported application and to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

4. RESTRICTIONS

You may not, and you may not permit others to:

Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.

Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the App.

Circumvent or attempt to disable advertising functionality, including but not limited to the use of ad-blockers, modified hosts files, or proxy servers designed to intercept or prevent the delivery of advertisements.

Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including all intellectual property rights and custom UI handlers, are owned by the developer. This Agreement does not grant you any rights to trademarks, service marks, or branding associated with the App or the "JSON Pro" name.

6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES & DATA INTEGRITY

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Data Responsibility: The App is a tool for data manipulation. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy and integrity of any data modified, saved, or transmitted through the App. The developer is not responsible for any data corruption, syntax errors, or loss of information resulting from the use of the App.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the App. This includes, without limitation, loss of data, loss of profits, device malfunction, or any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The App displays advertising and may link to third-party content. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or actions of third-party advertisers or services. Your interactions with third-party services are solely between you and the third party.

9. TERMINATION

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by uninstalling and deleting all copies of the App.

10. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding related to this App shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in the State of Washington.
